Cancellation Policy

In the case of advance purchase (non-refundable) offers, 100% of the cost will be charged at the time of booking. Please note that these bookings may be non-refundable and/or non-transferable.
Reservations are subject to a £50 deposit at the point of booking and may be cancelled or amended up to 48 hours prior to the day of arrival. Failure to cancel your booking prior to this time will result in an automatic charge equivalent to 1 nights’ accommodation being charged to your credit or charge card.
For bookings of 4+ rooms, we reserve the right to charge a non-refundable deposit of 25% at the time of booking. Bookings over 4 rooms can be cancelled with no additional charge prior to 72 hours before arrival. Failure to cancel your booking prior to this time will result in an automatic charge equivalent to 1 nights’ accommodation being charged to your credit or charge card for each room.
